How Much Money Can I Earn?
How much do you want to make? You can earn between $100 to $500
per referral and there's no limit on how much money you can make!
We pay $100 for each buyer that buys one of our houses and we pay
$500 for each house we buy. After one successful transaction, you
may qualify for our Pay-Per-Lead Program where you get paid even
if we don't buy the house. It's that easy!
What Do I Have To Do?
Simply provide us with leads for buyers and properties. While
you're driving to work, walking the neighborhood, or running errands,
keep your eyes open for signs. Send us a list of houses that are
For Sale By Owner (FSBO), For Rent By Owner (FRBO) or vacant.
Also, send us the contact information for anyone who wants to
buy a house using owner financing or rent-to-own. It's that easy!
How Do I Get Started?
Follow the 4 Step Process outlined below:
Register. Click here to contact us or email your information.
We will need your complete name, address, and phone number so
that we know where to mail the checks and how we can reach you.
Once we receive your completed, signed registration form, we will
send you a Registration Confirmation. As soon as you receive your
confirmation, you are eligible to participate in the Referral
Program. Additionally, once payouts reach $500, we will need your
social security number before we can process any more payments.
Locate Leads. Find houses that are FSBO, FRBO or vacant, or someone
interested in buying a house.
Refer Leads. Contact us by email, or fill out our referral form
and email or fax it to us. After sending someone to drive by the
house and reviewing our Leads Database for duplicates, we will
fax or email you a Referral Confirmation indicating the number
of qualified leads received and listed in our Leads Database with
your name assigned.
Get Paid. Checks will be mailed (to the address you provided)
the day after we close on a house. Sometimes you may even receive
a surprise check many months after submitting your leads. Once
a lead is assigned to your name, it stays in our database until
we buy the house or someone else does.
